Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
• - Manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources
• - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
• - Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
• - Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• - Resolve construction-related issues and challenges
• - Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

Requirements

• - 12+ years experience within construction specializing in high-end residential projects
• - National Diploma in Building or higher qualification
• - Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• - Excellent project management and leadership skills
• - Proficiency in construction management software
• - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Valid driver's license
