Site Agent/Construction Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Manage and coordinate all site activities and resources
• - Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters
• - Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
• - Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site
• - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports
• - Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• - Identify and resolve construction-related issues
• - Conduct regular quality control inspections

Requirements

• - National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• - 8+ years experience in civil construction projects
• - Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale construction projects
• - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• - Experience with contract administration and cost control
• - Excellent leadership and team management skills
• - Valid driver's license
